GSXR rear shock differences

Anyone knows the differences between the 06-07 and 08-09 GSX-R 600 rear shock?
I noticed that the 06-07 has a valve on the reservoir to refill nitrogen but not on the 08-09? Does this means that the 08-09 is not refillable?

Also, any advantage/improvement on the 08-09 as compared to the previous year? Thanks all.

Bike(s):
06/09 hybrid gsxr 750
'08 Duc' 848(sold)
'06 Gsxr 1000(sold)
'02 954rr(sold)

They will interchange. I was looking for a pair of the 08+ forks since they are supposed to have high/low speed adjustment. Plus they are relatively cheap, and dont have many miles compared to my stockers. Im betting it would be a waste of time to change a 06/07 out for an 08+. If you need suspension its usually cause you are too fast/tire wear issues, or too heavy(me), and thats not gonna solve your problem either way.

no i was thinking of installing it onto an 08 ninja 250. Several has done it already.
I don't have a gixxer thus have no idea of the differences. I know they're interchangable (06-09), but are there any improvement among the models?
