Yeah it was shitty....I looked at the slip last night...

60'-- 1.63
330-- 4.03
1/8-- 5.95@133.57
1/4-- 8.87@167.43

This was back in like March when we had the -DA air...

Everything I tried to improve it went backwards..... Just gonna get back to the basics and put more seat time in it....not F with the tune up. BUT that's if it shifts...if the tranny acts up, I will have to pull it...

Hey Robert, I haven't had any shift/tranny problems since I undercut it and put forks in back in 2004...about 15k miles ago... The Cycle Tek air shifter has been on it for 2yrs almost and never had any problems...I have never even adjusted the kill time, I just threw it on and it worked perfect....same for my 1000. But now all of the sudden it is/was missing the 4-5 shift every time and even missed the 1-2 shift once...

I road tested it last night and I couldn't get it to miss a shift but with a 15lb spring in the gate, I couldn't get to redline at wot, atleast not from 1st-3rd. Gonna put the 10lb spring in it tonight and try again...

Going to try make it on Sun. Not going to have new tail and swingarm on, but we can see how this motor is gonna do. Also try to tune the clutch.

Hahaha....I know what you would have in it.....it would start at "25" and ramp up from there....lol

I did put the 10lb spring in and dialed in the AMS1000.... It's much more controllable now..(as expected)...never missed any shifts last night either. Matt at Cycle Tek told me to run some oil through the air shift system so I am going to do that tonight. Gonna go pick up some c16 tomorrow.

When I get to the strip, if I can get some halfway clean passes and it shifts ok....I am gonna put some boost in it. I have never ran it with more then 15lbs so..... I might try dumping 18-20lbs in it in 4/5/6 and see what it does...... See if I can run 175mph or so...

I wasn't gonna try to kill you but have been playing with mine quite a bit lately. With a ten # spring and the way your bike is set up you shouldn't need anymore in 1st.

I'd like to go one more time after this Sunday and then be done for the year and be able to make some decisions for next year.
