Honda V4 carb sync

I'm looking for someone to help me with this, I pay good beer:
I recently rebuild the carbs in my new to me 25 yr old Magna, I did a bench sync per the instructions on the rebuild kit but still need to do a final sync with the correct tool (which I don't have) when I re-install the carbs. I have the Honda factory svc. manual on cd and the haynes svc manual as well, and it looks like a pretty simple job with the correct guages and fittings. Does anyone around here work for beer?

New float valve and seat in all 4 carbs, all new O-rings and float bowl gaskets, new stainless hardware all around. I removed the pilot and main jets and needle jet holders and cleaned them but didn't replace them or adjust the needles after cleaning. I wasn't really planning on messing around with the jetting unless it's not running right when I put it back together. I'm probably not going to try to squeeze anymore power out if her, this bike is plenty fast for me already.
