Just finished my install last night.

09 R6, Installed a full stainless M4 system, K&N filter, and Bazzaz fuel management w/ AFM.

Throttle response is REALLY crisp now (weather probably helping) and I can tell there is a nice increase in HP. Feels like a new bike! Also installed some Driven D-3 grips, ASV levers, Vortex rearset, and a competition werks fender eliminator.

Anyone else running a Vortex rearset? I didnt realize till I was installing it that I cant run my factory rear brake switch. Vortex makes a new switch but before I go out and spend $150 on it I wanted to see if there's a cheaper homemade option. I'll check some other forums too.

The Bazzaz unit is really nice. I like having the ability to fine tune my A/F and set a desired AFR. I set the data logging this morning and went for a quick ride. Came back, retrieved the data through my laptop and adjusted my fuel tables. Really nice unit, I highly recommend it.

Anyway, just wanted to share. Whole install took me about 6 hours, taking breaks, playing some MW2, and getting back to it. Looking back it wasn't that bad, but some of the wiring was a PITA.

Excuse my dirty garage, I'm in the middle if remodeling my house so theres everywhere. Just a couple quick pics of the bike.

Just finished my install last night.

The AFM is sweet when you change tunes a lot for nitrous and other mods.

Thanks,

I want to change all the grey to match the white. I think the grey just throws the bike off and looks strange.

I found a fix for the brake light, I'm going to start on that right now.

Amazing the difference when you uncork some of the factory settings. I love the scheme with the red seats, I have dreams about that bike, it looks badass man!

Thanks man I appreciate it.

I found out the vortex pressure switch to have rear brake light is only $25. I dont know where or why I thought it was $150. So its all good now.

Got my new plastics in but haven't got around to installing them. It'll look a lot better once all the gray is gone and replaced with white. I'll get pics up when I'm done.

That's sick. A good look for sure.

Also have the Vortex and no brake switch. No biggie. I am just more conscious that I have to use the front brake to activate tail light.
