No true I knew a guy in high school who had a arm but was missing his hand. who rode a GSXR and im pretty sure he had a MC license.
when he shifited gears he pushed his nub against the clutch lever that he repositioned to the top of the bar instead of the front of the bike position.

So earlier today was a gorgeous day here in Ft. Lauderdale. I live near the beach, so I decided that I would ride my motorcycle on this street that runs along the beach.

I was just cruising along, maybe going slightly under the speed limit as people often do on this street as they like to check things out and look at all the hot chicks.

Whenever I am just cruising along and going slow, I like to be upright a bit, so I just keep one hand on the throttle and my left hand is often on my knee.

Ft. Lauderdale cop car comes up behind me, I am not speeding, other cars around, no biggie. I get over, he passes me. But later as we keep going along, he slows down, I pass and he gets over behind me and lights me up and "Boop Boop" goes his siren. IMMEDIATELY I pulled over.

This is what happened next.

(Police on intercom) Cop: "Can you hear me?"

Me: *Nod my helmet up and down*

"Do you know that you are suppose to keep both hands on the handle bars at ALL times?"

Me: *shake my head*

Cop: "Well you are."

Me: *Hang my head low in shame*

Cop: "Go."

This is my 2nd run in with them. And both times I have been very lucky.
Due cops there are superd**ks, you were lucky they didnt ask you about (who stunts where? what's their names? what's the fastest you've gone on your bike?....)

I see signs posted here every now and then on these electric police message boards (similar to those things on the side of the road that show your speed limit) that often read: "No Loud Motorcycle Exhausts."

But I think it is directed more to the Harley riders. The Harley riders here can be pretty obnoxious.

I can't wait to move back to Houston next year. I am so over this place. (Not because of the cops here.)

Those super loud Harley exhausts can be pretty annoying.

I was under an overpass with my 1 month old and 2 year old. The next to me on his custom 300 rear tire douche chopper was sitting there just revving it up. I rolled the window down and asked hit to cut it out cause I got a 1 month old freaking out. He said sorry and knocked it out so I give him that. Could have been a .

You should have said "Hey can you quit? My 2 y.o. keeps calling you a douche bag and I don't like his language even if he is right"
