Cops Catching Dumb Thieves

I was driving down I-10 on the East side yesterday during rush hour traffic and I see an F150 jacked up with one wheel off in the grassy area next to the feeder with 4 chrome 20's in the back. At first I wondered "WTF?" and then I remembered from my juco days in the area hearing a couple black dudes talking about the cops doing a sting just like that in the same area.

I really wanted to stop on the shoulder and watch some idiots, but it was 120 degrees out and my AC doesn't work in the 240D.
