He averaged 100 tickets a month for blocked plates (~375 tickets/month total) NOT 10,000. For anyone to believe one man writes 65% of HPD's entire ticket load amazes me.

you can write more than one ticket on a traffic stop..

Driving while license invalid, no insurance, speeding, no seat belt, expired registration, unsafe lane change.. and i can go on and on lol
