Fiberglass/Paint repair

Looking for someone to throw me a quote on what repairs for this would be. One side has plastic damage, the other side is just paint rash no plastic damage..

Plastic welding may work better then fiberglass.

the only problem with plastic welding on thin plastic is can warp the panel. the safest thing ios a two part plastic parts repair. it uses a mesh kinda like fiber glass but it''s also a flexible plastic so it won't crack
