A new daytona is right at 10grand. Add brembos and ohlins and id say that puts you right at 15

They're speculating that it will be a smidge over $14,000 here in the states before adding things at the dealer. That's all speculation for now...Add in an Arrow slip on and I'm sure the cost will touch $16,000 before you leave the door with TTL.

They're claiming, from what I've read so for that there's no power gain or weight loss and for what looks like something that's going to be around $14,000 I'd rather get a Duc 848 Evo or a liter bike.

That is really expensive for a middleweight but it will get a lot cheaper once the 2012 models get close to coming out. That's the best way to buy new bikes anyways. Regardless, that is a clean looking Triumph.

Not to be petty but this is is a 2011 model and they are still making non-flush front turn signals? Great looking bike though...kinda pricey.

Wait a darn tootin second. If the base model is $9,999 do you really think they will tack on 4k for Ohlins and a couple carbon fiber parts?

This bike does not feel like a litre bike at all. It tops at 155 ish. Period. I may weigh 250 but top speed is transmission limited. I can't keep up with my homies 600's or gsxr 750 in ceertain scenarios.

ohlins and brembo will add to the sticker for sure. we had a 675 and it was a good bike, just too tiny for bigger dudes like me. felt like a monkey a football, lol. but for 14-15k I too think a duc would be money better spent

Not enough guts for the money. I wont buy a Duc, though. I cant stand twins. For the cash, I get a liter bike. Last year, dealerships had some 675s left over and letting them go cheap. I would consider a base 675 for $8999.
