1) Eh.
2) I already have.
3) Definitely! There's a mall parking lot with my name on it.
4) When should the first oil change take place? Some people have told me 600 miles, others have told me 20.
5) Refer to my signature!
6) I'm having serious trouble actually picking a color. The green is looking better and better!

So... Guess who still doesn't have a motorcycle.

And also, isn't in bootcamp.

Well, I went to go buy the bike... And had to finance, because my then-current job didn't pay enough for me to pay in cash. So I do all the paperwork, everything goes through. However... The loan gets approved for a shorter amount of time than I'd wanted, which means that the payments were going to be higher. It wouldn't have been a deal-breaker, except for the fact that insurance was already going to be so high, that it got up to a number that I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with every month, with my job. So it ended up not working out. In hindsight, that was a blessing, because that same job drastically cut my hours shortly after, and I would have been .

As far as boot camp goes... The Marine in charge at my recruiting station felt that I was not physically prepared for bootcamp. I'm not a fatbody or anything... He just felt that I wasn't capable of doing at least three pull ups. I had done at least three pull ups for him earlier that day... So, I don't know. Either way, I have to enlist ALL over again now. And I haven't even started the process yet. Oh well... More time to prepare.

On the bright side, I've recently come into a MUCH better paying job, and it's going to be full-time soon, methinks. So as soon as I save up enough cash, I'm gettin' that got- motorcycle.

It's much better to wait something out a while and have it end well, than to just jump in because you can't wait and have it turn to .

Congrats on having enough self control to turn the bike down. Saving up enough to get a used bike is a million times better for a first timer. You've taken the class and got your license. You're well ahead of some of the other bonehead riders we're used to seeing.
