Dude just clean it or pay a buddy to do it for you for a bit of cash. Prob a clogged jet. I dont know for sure but you prob have both a idle jet anda main jet on that carb. If the idle jet is not clogged but the other is you would prob experience your issue.

sounds dumb but make sure the air filter is clean too. A dirty clogged filter WILL screw with how those little bikes run if it's bad enough.
