Flat tire with no holes but mulched rear fender

So I go out to run to the corner store from work and my rear tire is completely flat. The rear CF fender has an obvious impact on the edge and another hole where it looks like something punched through. I obviously ran over something but no hole in the tire.

Ideas?

A fat girl sucked out all the air. That happened to me once when my bike was parked at Luby's.

depends on where the hole is if I'ld plug it or not. On your ride the tire is prolly the cheapest part - I'ld replace it and sell it to one of the fellers here - let them destroy parts.

I have rode on many patch plugs and never had an issue. If your doing track days or aggressive riding i would suggest replacing the tire, but if you just commuting with it you will be fine.
