Rider down

On the way to work at 530am on Barker Cypress, near Longaubau/cypress laurel spotted a bike in the ditch. I immediatly turned around and stopped to see if I could find a rider. It was a red GSXR, not sure on size but newer one 06 and up. No rider to be found, saw a face shield on the road from a helmet, and pieces of the bike. It was dark and the wreckers showed up first and then the cops 30 min later, after calling 911. Was not sure if a rider just dumped the bike or what the deal was. But it appeared once we had a flash light that the rider was going down barker cypress towards 290 and somehow lost control and wrecked. There was oil all over and looked like foot prints from the oil and dumping the bike in the ditch. Sure hope that the rider is okay, and if your on here you bike got towed. For all I know it could have been stolen.

Reminds me of the time I saw a dead, white miniature pony on the side of Huffsmith-Kohrville one morning. Disturbing and quite mysterious!

Was the bike red and black?

Did it look like it was a 1000?

If it was your friends bike, I can call and find out which tow truck company took it. I called it in and waited for a unit to show up and the call dropped under my name about 530ish this am. Might help tracking down the bike if it was your friend
