La Porte cop

think this is the La Porte cop that got into major trouble for this.

heard he has had problems before.
Met this guy a couple times. seemed to be a nice guy but BIG.
maybe 6'3" and 275lbs or so.

It works and the dude deserved to get zapped. You can only ask someone so many times while they're giving you lip and attitude.

all that and he ended up telling the suspect to sit down in the chair instead of standing up.

haha.. I took it that he was giving a minute for the effects of the tazer to wear off. Too bad it didn't show a little longer.

Yeah I dont see the problem. The guy wouldn't listen, and refused to be processed. Just cause he cried like a little after being Tazered. It doesn't make me feel sorry for him.

The problem as from the chief was that La porte policy is that u do not have to stand and be filmed as that is what is going on there.. The chief or mayor, can't remember made a statement to the chronicle maybe a couple months back. Also this same cop was in trouble for excesive force on some women in custody in the pasti think.

I think that the cop must have of someone on the inside for this film making it to the outside. someone wanted him to get in trouble.

My bad, I just thought he was give the cop problems while he was being Booked. But if he Tazered him for not doing something that isn't manditory, and is only done be willingly people, voluntarily...Then that is really bad form, and he should busted for it....Dont get me wrong, Im not Johnny Law, I've got in my fair share of trouble. But at the same time, I know being a cop is no easy job. I know when I'd get caught by the police (mostly street racing) doing something stupid. I wouldn't give them a hard time. Usually they're just regular guys doing a job, with only the occasional A-hole.

There definately needs to be a balance.
