Holly effin broken bolt Batman!!!

I left work this afternoon, about a block down the road I felt something whack my left foot pretty hard and bounce off my scooter.
Kinda startled me but I assumed I just ran over something I didn't notice on the road or was kicked from a car next to me.
On the ride home I thought something felt "odd" but nothing major.....

Got home and was looking at the scooter and OMG, freaking rear engine bolt
head broke! That is what hit my foot....

.... I know I'm going to have to buy one from Yamadog and it'll take forever to get here...

Suck.

(funny thing was I was trying to figure out how to stap my rifle case to go to a shoot in College Station this weekend... not a problem now...)

Check your scooter if it doesn't feel right...

If your bike happens to be an SV650, hook it up with the upper right engine mount bolt

It's old school, XJ600. I figured it'd be a bioch to locate but sure enough
there were 6 Ebay auctions for engine bolts. A new one lists for $17.
Found a buy it now, and it should be in the pipeline shortly...

Check your bike out if it feels amiss... it might be....
When I felt somthing hit my foot I looked over the front brake and axle at the next light.
I didn't even think something that big on the motor could come see me.
Worst part is I was going 100ish down 1462 and dragging toes on the roads back to my house...
