2001 Yamaha R6 WILL NOT SHIFT

I just got a 2001 Yamaha 6R and it will not shift. Any ideas ? I was reading online about the 2nd gear problem but this bike its REALLY REALLY hard to go to any gear . Does not make any sounds when shifting but its F-ing HARD to shift . The bike was drop on the right side and the clutch seems to be working fine.

I have a trans for a 99-02 with pretty low miles on it for sale if interested and you end up needing internals. I don't have an R6 anymore and I picked it up from a totalled part-out several years back. Bike was either a 2000 or 2001 with about 1200mi on it.
