where i live now is nice, ( crystal bay ) havent had any problems.

but there are a ton of apartments around. try the new ones on kobayashi, i heard they mark rent depending on your salary.

Best bang for your buck is Victoria Place on Westheimer. It is close to 4 major freeways. Older style apartments so you get alot of space and better sound proffing. Lived there for 4 years. Never had any issues. There was a suicide though.

u can go to any real estate agent and they should help you for free. give them your parameters and they will go from there.
They even will take u to a few apt complexes sometimes. cost u nothing.
u can tell the quality of the complex by the cars in the parking lot. junkers then not so good but nice cars then usually a nice place.
