I have a set of those as well. I recommend using a drop of loctite on the nuts as mine disassembled themselves on a Fayetteville ride.. on the brake lever.

yeah, the red IS purple.

Nice, think I'm gonna jump on this one.

Long vs. Short? Just a personal preference, I assume? There's no practical reason to have one over the other?

Shorts are better from a weight/drag ratio perspective since they are sticking out of the fairings.

Longs give you more leverage and are therefor easier to pull in and more comfortable for long riding.

But I mean, its levers so most of it is just for looks

You'll change your mind when you ride w them.

100% different feel w the different added pivot. Alot more control in braking and less effort required.

I dont think there's that much control gained or effort lost in choosing a short pazzo versus a long pazzo.

Definately a lot of gains going from stock to any pazzo though.

with all the research ive done it turns out to be purely personal preference. just do some rseearch and youll find out why people choose one over the other.

Agreed. Most track peeps use only two fingers anyways.

The shorties are long enough to be used by nearly all fingers in a full glove anyways. If you notice, the long versions have a brake away piece that would make it the same size of a shorty.

awesome feedback guys, thanks! Didn't notice before, but apparently I usually just use just a couple of fingers anyway, so shorty it is!
