X-IT in Clearlake?

Hey has anyone been by that moto shop "X-it" in Clearlake? Or atleast I think thats what the sign called the shop. I was there about a month ago. I'll be living somewhere in that general area. And I'll be looking for a shop to do some service/up keep work on my RR. Anyone have work done there? Good or Bad? Trust worthy, or Im I better off riding into the city to a different shop?

I had no idea that shop was still open. . .Is it across from the taqueria near highway3? My buddy Brandon used to run Adrenaline Sport Cycles out of the back of that little shop, and the owner fugged him over pretty bad and they both closed. I haven't heard anything about them in quite some time.

if it was me i would just take it to patrick. Abit farther but at least u know it will be done right. He has a good reputation among several cycle boards and he makes sure it's done right as bad words get around fast and kill business.
Also there are several peeps on this board that has trailers and if needed can get some help in getting your bike to his shop if need be.
My 02 as usual
Michael

Pass on X-it cycles!!! Last time I went in there Brian charged me +80.00 to mount two sets of tires that were off the bike. I was VERY . Used to be good when Brandon ran his shop out back, but since then has gone to in a hand basket. They seem to do good by the dirt guys, but street and track riders beware!!! Rip off at best, hwy robbery at the worst. Nothing in stock for street or track, everything ordered from Parts Unlimited. Go see Patrick, he's the real deal in Houston.............

i had a relay go bad on my f4i x-it said it was my fuel pump and maybe it was my brain. he said he wasnt sure what the problem was so i would have to buy both part to test it and if it wasnt the problem i was stuck with two brains and to fuel pumps that both worked. so after paying $60 for nothing i took to honda they fix.

Brandon is still turning wrenches in Houston, I'll try to track him down and see where he's working these days. Anyone else notice the Houston Delinquents T-shirts are sponsored by Adrenaline Sport Cycles? Too bad he had to close his part of that shop due to the owners of X-it conduction poor business.:confused1

Jetcycles...how do you know Brandon? He is a good friend of mine and I have never been to X-It Cycles because of the bull$hit that he had been through. He is now working at Texas Yamaha and has been for a while. PM me and I will give you his number. We go wakeboarding all the time together...he's good people.
