Bike accident off Old Galveston road and Broadway yesterday (Sunday 7-30-06)..?

Who was it?

Looked like a Black GSX-R 1000. Passing by it when I went to eat with my gf and her mom. Tow truck was hoisting up the bike. No rider or ambulance in site. Im guessing they were already gone. Couple of cops were there too.
