Wow, the Honda Cub is number 1.

I think this is the Homosexual version of the list.

I remember the the Honda Cubs back in my days in Mexico City. They use them a lot!! Don't know why Honda dont sell them here in USA anymore. They seem more practical than a scooter.

Dont get me wrong, I would ride it over a scooter. It would be a cool paddock bike. But the greatest ever? Maybe the most practical or easily fixed and maintained. I guess I think greatest, I am thinking technologically and performance-wise.

Yeah!! Totally agree. Seems like they are using selling figures ($$$) and amount of Honda Cubs in the road. I think is the main mode of transportation in Southeast Asia.

maybe its not necessarily who sold the most, or whos is the most technologically advanced. perhaps theyre taking into consideration reliability, durability, bang for the buck, etc.

It makes sense to me. It was used to essentally power 40% of the worlds population.

Having a motorcycle isnt about power or looks. It is a minimalist mode of transportation. that is pretty much what a honda cub is.

I personally would have not had the jet bike on the list

pretty sure honda cub has sold the most, along with being the most dependable etc...they still sell them in 3rd world countries, and in fact their economies depend on them.

top gear did a special on them. abused it to , including dropping it off the top of a tall building. the still ran. bent the rim to the point of not being really rideable, but it did go forward, and the motor was still a-ok.

cub doesnt look like much but that fokker is a BEAST.
