I commute every day no mater the temperature unless there's a good chance of rain in the forecast. I keep a rain suit at work just in case.

Heated grips.

Become acutely aware of other people's blind spots. Of course you should be doing that already.

zip lock bags I am laughing because my wife is always wondering where all the ziplocks go. Never really thought about it, but that is a key component of the commuting arsenal.
