That's the Texas City Municipal Shooting Range. The only Shooting Range I know of that is run by the city. It's a very nice range with strict rules so you know it's safe there.

Sol, bad choice, neat gun, but totally not going to be there if / when you need it. Its to heavy, bulky to be a daily carry piece, so its going to turn into a range only gun.
mark my words 3 months or less down the road, more than likely less, it will be sitting at home in a dresser instead of being carried daily like it should be.

lol. That's not heavy! A 1911 is heavy, and I've carried it for almost a year now 70% of the time and I still do. If you get a good holster, it'll make carrying a heavy gun much more enjoyable. And make sure to get a good belt too. A gun belt is also part of the equation. Those regular dress belts will not hold and you will feel the gun weighting you down.

Agreed. 1911's are heavy too but they are pretty thin, easy to conciel. The Keltec is a great carry weapon.... small, short, and sweet.

70% might get ya hurt one day. if it wasnt to heavy, you would be totin' 100%.
it is indeed a heavier gun than most, its a great gun, well made and steel.
I personally carry a Kel-Tec.40, its lighter and although not as expensive, it will indeed serve its purpose if / when needed. actually for me, the KT.40 is to heavy to tote daily, and its small, I ALWAYS have my .32 in my pocket. and yeah, I know its not the knockdown power of a .40, but its better than having a .40 and not carrying it. Plus I carry RBCD ammo (www.rbcd.net)

edit for : your right, a 1911 is a heavy gun, my bud actually carries one he's a bigger fellow though
