what if i drive to FLA in my motorcycle? will i have abide by the same laws or do i have to have FLA residency or driver's license to be held under those regulations?

Yes, regardless if you are just visiting or even military you have to fllow local & state laws. And if you are military, you are required to wear pretty much full gear no matter where you are stationed at. The only thing that isn't required is a jacket, but they still make you wear long sleves and all DOD members are required to wear the reflective vest. Just in case you wanted to know, if not sorry to bore you....
