Unhappy Saw a Harley Down on the way back home today

So I was coming back home from Texas City, and as I was entering El Dorado, I noticed there was heavy traffic on the clover leaf going toward Walmart on El Dorado. Turned out some poor person has laid over his/her Harley. I hope he/she's okay. I kept going because the road was sorta blocked, but minutes later waiting at the light on FM2351, there was an ambulance with sirens blarring trying to get to the hospital.
