I had my bike lowered and it didnt affect the handling at all. The handling feels the same to me as before I had it lowered and I'm more comfortable on the bike.

Cool if anybody has some spare parts for a zx7r 2000 model, let me know. Not to good of mechanics, but I know I need gagues, handlebars, fairings. Not sure what else it will need.

That's Sergio's bike, right?

If I recall correctly, he's the second owner of that bike. The original owner put a lot of time and effort into making the ZX-7R look how it is today. Saw it several years on a group ride and it easily stood out among all the other sportbikes.

If it was me, I'd keep it just the way it is (aside from the minor adjustments for your height). You'd definitely be noticed on it. Especially in the clean condition that I suspect it's in.

You got a great deal on that bike. Again, keep it the way it is.

dont be such a sissy, shave the seat and then take it to a shop and have them adjust the suspension to your body type/weight

why do you need to be able to flat foot the bike anyway? :confused1
