Cable for idle mod

What is the best cable for the idle mod? Some people say f3 and then I heard 03 rr so which one is the longest also my bike won't let me raise idle past 2500 and I took that little spring out and she still doesn't idle higher. Do you have to have the mod just to raise it to 3500?

Yeah but I don't know what's up with this thing. I turned my idle all the way and won't go above three.

if you can raise the idle past 2500 it means you put the cable in the wrong spot

You dont touch your stock idle cable at all you just add the other 900rr cable to your throttle body by removing the set screw and replacing it with the cable. Once you install it use a pair of pliers to damage the end of the threads so the cable will not unscrew and fall out.
