Epic two weeks of roadracing imho...

Between the friggin' DSB in the AMA battles, MotoGP dicing, Moto2 paint and position swapping confrontations, WSBK, and now the WSS races, I can't think of when the last time was where we were party to such great motorcycle roadracing.

I watched with great anticipation the World Supersport races to see what Superglue and Laverty had in store for us for the final round. What a disappointment!

When Laverty caught Sofuoglu I was thinking, "Allright, here we go! 13 laps left and this is going to be an epic duel for the top spot on the rostrum!" Then, Superglue sits up, contracts vaginitis, and waves Laverty by??? Surely he's got a problem, right?

Post-race interview he admits to being scared or worried about losing the Championship by crashing out and chooses to let Laverty win rather than battle with him and risk a crash.

I can buy in to some of this, I mean that Championship means an aweful lot; but come on!

Hollow victory for Laverty, he seemed dejected in the post-race interview too.

I'm sure it's a hard thing to do given the competitive nature of these guys, but you have to think about all the people behind the scenes that would much prefer to win the championship vs. win this race.
He probably has his orders and you can't get mad at the guy for following them.

Was that a helluva charge or what? Man that bike was working well at the end of the race; when he was coming through he was on a whole 'nuther pace than the rest of the field.

He said that the bike has been like that all year too, comes on strong at the end of the race.

It was funny how Jonathan green and steve marting never talked about him and never saw him coming until the last 2 laps. Glad he has a job for next year.

Who did he get a ride from? I hadn't heard yet. I hope he's not stuck on the Triumph even though he has made it look good this year!
