Do you guys remember the Rossi /Giber race where they hit on the last corner and Rossi won, then they were playing the after footage of them walking up stairs for the after race interview. Giber kept stopping and holding his shoulder , then the camera would pan down to Rossi who was laughing and shaking his head.. I always laugh when i see that.. ok back to topic

Here is a hint
----------------
A controversial decision marred Guintoliís first race after he cut the Nurburgring chicane and didnít follow the correct route back onto the circuit. As such, while he didnít gain an advantage, Guintoli was given a drive-through penalty Ė his subsequent decision to ignore it prompted a black flag and exclusion.

Again, Flossi is the best, he doesn't need help from the marshalls.................................

or needs to sweep the track to have a launch advantage

you have a long memory amigo
he was just doing a burnout on a scooter for goodness sake
frkkn snitch

The laguna move was legal, no question he left the track, but he entered in first and left in first which is the basis on which it was judged.
Yes he's a racer so he got the gas as early as he could but in fairness so did Stoner who was trying to go around him whereas if he'd chopped the throttle he may have got up the inside of him

Youre in Texas now son, just suck it up
you're man fell over in the grass anyway .................

^
block pass....
all im saying is that when Jlo said legal what he meant was "fair".
and yes he was whining, but also forewarning.
once Jlo has it in the bag itll be a diff story.
by then rossi will have decided to have his shoulder operated.
we all know thats the risk of an outside pass,if the passee goes wide you're screwded if you havent made it through.
all this being said, there is still 4 races and at least NOW they're racing.....

So then everyone that is ahead should just shot the last misano chicane straight, i mean why go through it if you can just go straight, leave track and come back and since you are ahead and come back ahead is legal. STUPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

That would be an advantage gained!!
I don't make the rules
Rossi was judged to have made no advantage
