Used R-1

I've been reading this forum for sometime, and finally decided to join up. I don't have a bike yet. I can't decide what I want. On the advice of several members here, I've signed up to take the BCR class at Awesom Cycles this weekend. I've never ridden before so this will be quite a experence for me. It looks like the wether will be nice.

Welcome, and just a starter tip, take a look into kawasaki's ninja 650r or suzuki's sv650, they're not insanely fast and not sluggish at all, great beginner bikes.. and even for vets.

Take the class and buy a cheap used bike and work your way into riding. You won't be sorry.
