TOOK MY FIRST STEPS TODAY!!! just around the yard if feels like my ankle has to pop really bad so im not forcing it and im walking a little crooked but hopefully that gets better thats all

im guessing im around 75 % back to health

OP, glad you're back to start walking. Take it slow, don't rush it. Sounds mighty painful. I've had 3 broken toes before from where my foot snapped the shifter on my first moto accident. It ain't fun.
