hopefully I wont have to find out how well they protect.

yea, I usually roll around with running shoes on... and that most definitely has changed now.. LOL

man get better all these crashes and what not got me thinking of selling the bikes. i ride in full gear but there are times i dont wear my boots too on short trip to stores. but i see that bikes dont sell vary well now late in the year.

The ankle looks bad, but will heal...imagine your head without the helmet....THAT is a horrible thought...prayers and good wishes for a swift recovery...go to church and get caught up on the thanksgiving...

thats why i love riding after working out it just feels awesome outside and relaxes me but no more working out for me atleast not for about a month.

Crashing sucks but you will make it. The worse part is the healing process because once that ankle starts scabbing up everytime you bend you foot the scab is going to tear. Happened to me before too except I had no skin on my back and knee caps as well so every time I took a step that would tear all over again. Get well soon

thats why i glad i was actually wearing my jacket i bet that sucked.. i have a little rash on my back and right above my crack that hurt to sleep on and ripped open every night


but thanks every one.. im healing good but 10 days and still not walking yet drs said i probably have some broken toes
