no I didn't take DD, I have better things to do with my life.

The fine for 60 in a 45 was 199, DD was going to be 110 then the price of the class and 8 hours of my life, lawyer would have been 200+.

I have a clean record so I took my medicine like a good boy and paid.

David sprecter. 100 bucks get it dismissed. No deffered or d d bullshit. It will cost you a day in court. But a clean driving record is worth it.

If you do anything else you are a fool.

Just walk into court and say "I want to defer this ticket" They make you pay then your done and it doesnt go on your record.

You havent had a ticket in years it will be fine.

For it not to go on your record you have to have no tickets for 6 months following defferred.

I will post this for Cdill since he can't.

Shamelessly stolen from another forum:

I am never adamant about much. I know there is usually more than 1 way to skin a cat, in anything in life.

But this I am going to say cuz I get so frustrated when people won't listen...so this may be my farewell for giving ticket advice.

I used to drive and ride crazy as . Still do sometimes. I probably put 50k miles per year in my truck and about 12k on my bike. All city miles...except for probably 1/2 of the bike miles.

For the last 10 years I have been using the same lawyer for my tickets. He charges $100 per ticket. So...you get a speeding ticket...$100.00. You get a speeding ticket an runnin a red light...$200.00...etc.

I have had probably 25 tickets in the last 10 years. I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER...did I say EVER? Been convicted of a SINGLE TRAFFIC violation when I hired this particular lawyer.

Also, I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER...did I say EVER? Paid a SINGLE PENNY in court costs.

And finally, I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER... did I say ever? Received deferred adjudication.

My driving record is immaculate.

So dont tell me I dont knnow what I am talking about. Don't tell me that this aint true. Don't tell me that it is impossible. Don't tell me anything! I know what the I am talking about and I have lived it.

So, you guys can do what you want....you can listen to people who think they know what they are talking about...you can hire this gimmicky lawyer or that cheap lawyer....I dont care. But I am offerring this advice up one more time, just in case.

His name is David Sprecher. His number is 713-693-2600. He doesnt guarantee that he will get you off, but I am telling you they have a 100% success rate with me, personally.

And yes...you have to go to court and spend a day there.

Don't tell him I sent you, he doesnt pay me. Don't tell him I sent you, I dont get a discount for it. Dont tell him I sent you, he aint my homeboy. I dont give a . I am putting this out there for YOUR benefit.

That is all!

you will probably spend just under 300 bucks. take defensive driving since it sounds like you have that option!

had the same thing happen to me up in Woodville a couple weeks ago. i was on a back road, only person out there, and as i was coasting down a hill a state trooper came around the corner at the bottom and my radar detector lit up. as soon as i saw the lights i pulled straight to the side of the road....trooper was nice, but she said she had to write me up for speeding. 69 in a 55....i think the fine is $165 and she told me to call the judge and talk to him because I never know if im going to have time to get up there for a court date due to work...
