Looks good. I have done something similar with the aluminum Venom energy drink bottle, works quite well.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of headlight setup are you going with?

u dont really need a res at all, it only buys you time when you get a leak, or for those that never check the coolant.

with the cap right there just check the level once in a while, expect it to appear to be low when engine is cold, dont add unless it actually is low.


just dont think ur fittings will hold up over time due to vibration and the thickness of the res.
