oh so its been wrecked, that explains why the front fairing dosnt look like the stock one does, i dont know a lot about salvage title but i would definitly get some one to go over the bike with me if i was thinking about it check the frame and what not to make sure its physicly in good condition then check all the wiring to make sure it not in bad condition, maybe even get a hose and spray it with water just to make sure there isnt anything wrong as far as the wiring goes that you didnt see

ya sadly enough, had my share of crappy bikes and i know thats the first thing i would do if i was gonna buy a used bike that has clearly been wrecked, check wiring and check the frame, if the wires have elctrical tape on them take the tape off and see how bad it looks, my most recent bike had a short that was "fixed" and come to find out when i get it home the was horrible looking got it all taken care of though not a big deal. but thats only because i got the bike from some one i knew and they didnt realize how bad the wiring really was

Well I've been looking up sites for the parts on the bike, really good job with the plastics. I like them because they are something different, doesn't look like all the rest of the bikes.

in order to get that bike street legal you have to have it inspected and then the title can be changed to "rebuilt".

it looks like a zx7r from the tail and front fender. there was something posted a few years back on www.kawiforums.com where you could match up the VIN number and find out the model (ex. zx6r J2 model)

Believed the tags/insp are good, will have to check. If too much trouble to get it street legal, won't take it.

+1 on the VIN #. It should tell you everything you need to know about the make , model and year.

Yeah I have seen it in person too. It is very clean. The guy did a nice job of making it a streetfighter.

It's a ZX7, we did some work on it for him awhile back, it had been sitting up, cleaned carbs etc.
Very clean bike, very nicely done.
