or if you live in an apartment you can do what i do. I park it right next to the door and put a fishing line running to my room through the house attached to a bell. So if anyone moves my bike the bell rings right next to my ear. Plus a security cam above the door and a motion detector light that costs nothing.

Eh, I just have insurance. I used to be all worried about it and never let the bike out of my sight anywhere I went, then I realized it was too much of a hassle. I DO have one of the best theft deterrents though. . . my bike looks like run over dogshit when you get closer than 5-10feet. Someone may want it at first, but when they get up close to it, they'll strongly reconsider.

my truck was broken into a few yrs ago. I wanted to in a tree with a shotgun in a full guile suit
