When I first got the bike oil was coming out and dripping down the fork so I guess it has no more oil since it rides like compared to my friends r6.so I guess the seals are bad and needs oil of course .it rides like a car with a blown shock .and idea what fuse ?

The speed and RPM could be as easy as a wire that isnt connected

You should find someone with the same bike (me) and come by (well, mine is 2001 but I'm pretty sure the gauges are the same). We can swap gauges and see if it's still the same problem. That will narrow down the search for sure. I can also tell you how to rebuild your forks. You will need a couple of special tools... I'm near 610 @ 290...about 15-20 minutes from Katy.
