warning, this is only my opinion. . .but i think that should be drowned and revived and then drowned again. Eye for an eye, and we would have far less crime in this country.

i think it's over used yes but it certainly was the case in this. the woman still isn't stable. they knew she was alot of work. also i don't think she should have even been allowed to keep her kids if she was diagnosed as being crazy.

If you stole from me, and i cut off your little pinky(as they do in some countries) would you steal from me again? Next time, I'm taking your hand!! I guess what i should have said is this. . .until the punishment matches the crime, people will continue to commit the crime due to lack of fear of the punishment.

...I find it hard to believe that a person, who after hunting 5 individual children down, drowning them, and meticuously hiding each body from the next(child) post-facto, calls the police and both: informs them of what shes done (sign of her knowledge of wrong doing imo) and inquires as to when her court date will be (further proof of cognitive knowledge of wrong doing), is insane (Insanity as defined by the state of Texas). That ruling is bOOlshyt

+1

Yeah, and the way that the 7yr old (who she killed last) was pleading with her during the whole ordeal. "Mommy I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Everything will be Ok.". Brought tears to my eyes.

Let her fry - that's what I say.
