2004 gsxr headlights

On my 04 suzuki gsxr, I cant make the lower headlight come on, the high and low beam all come from the upper light, I just bought this and it came wit no owners manual, how do get that lower light to work?

i think the lower light is just there to look good, lol...it is the same on my GS...

Thats what I thought also, but there is a bulb or some there, there is wires running in there

I think the lower light bulb is the projector light while the upper light bulb is for lo/high beams and both are always running. I know the 06+ GSXR swapped it so the bottom was the high beam and only comes on when you want it to. Check the voltage at the plug.
