SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE!!! Title transfer question

Ok here it is,

I bought my bike over a year ago from a guy who had just bought the bike from somebody else ( the registered owner) the guy who I bought the bike from told me he had just bought the motorycle, and decided that he did not want it anymore before he changed the title over to his name. so he gave me a title signed by the orginial ownerwho signed in the wrong spot on the title. he also gave me a title registration form signed that was not filled out correctly.( which i later found out after buying the bike) ok so i have been putting this off forever because i know its gonna be a nightmare. I now have lost contact with the guy who I bought the bike from. I dont have contact with the orginal owner either, but I have his name. How can I get this bike transfered to my name if I cant get a hold of the owner???
I dont need any insults from anybody here just advice, I know I kind of d!cked this one up. I dont want to tell the tax office becaus they will most likely get a hold of him and he will say he sold the motorcycle a long time ago, causing me to have to pay a large amount of fees. Someone please help me Im pretty sure I'm not the only person here that has had this happen. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Im sure you know the best way would be to track down the original owner. I wouldn't want to recommend forging ( I would in your situation)

Bike(s):
- The bike I own
- All the bikes I used to own which I still list so everyone on the forums will know how cool I am

I had to do that a while back when I bought my 50. I looked up the original owner on myspace and sent her a message. I needed her to sign the title transfer form, she signed one and mailed it to me. Simple

If you can find the previous owner, the risk of forging it is hardly worth it. If you ask nicely most people won't say no. Anyway PM me the vin when you get it and I'll see what I can do

You can get a bonded title. Its like $25 per $1000 the bike is worth. Take that to the courthouse, pay your taxes and registration fees. you get your title in 9 weeks.
