Biker down 45/Louetta Northside

On the southbound feeder just before Louetta.

Harley w hard bags/rear center bag dark/redish in color was on its side against the curb. Ambulance was already on scene and didnt appear to be a DOA situation.

Looked like a sideswipe and knowing that onramp/section it is very easy to happen.

Hope the rider is ok.

On a sidenote, I've seen alot more riders this morning then usual. Many of them you can tell arent riding proficiently. Hope everyone rides safe !!!!

I saw the ambulance as well. Couldn't tel that it was a bike though. I was too busy paying attention to the rubber neckers I'm front of me.

Ya I saw it happen on my way to class bike came off the freeway and onto the feder rd a few yards from slamming into me. Rider was older man ~50s. No jacket or helmet but he landed in the soft median and off bike before it flipped. There was a nurse on scene that was involved but the rider was able to sit up and move around a bit. Don't have a clue whose fault it was but I had an exam this morning and couldn't stop to help :(

Hope he was okay. I saw a lot of riders this morning as well! Mostly cruisers, from what I could see on the HOV

Sounds like the rider is ok and that is good. Especially not wearing a helmet. The ride in was nice this morning.
