Power loss at high rpm

I did my first track day today with my 07 600rr. I was having problem with the bike after 3 session. At the end of session 3, I redlined the bike, and the bike suddenly lost the power. I could not rev past 11k rpm. So I changed the PC3 map with zero map (I had Akra slip on), and the bike would rev up to 14k, but still climbing very slow. In the straight it would only top of around 108 mph. Has anyone had the same experience? Could it be the PC3 itself or the fuel pump? No blinking FI light, no weird sound. Thanks in advance.

I am wondering what the RPMs are doing in relation to the speed. It could very well be the PC. Un plug it and run it. If it does right you will know.

Pull the PC off the bike completely and see if it improves.

Is there an easy way to unplug the PC? or do I have to unplug every cable including the ones that goes to TPS? Can you PM me how much you charge for diagnosis?

It's best to disconnect the PC entirely out of the circuit.
