It's true some Duc owner's are a-holes, these are typically the Duc owners that bought the bike as a status symbol rather than for the enjoyment of riding the machine.

I too have encountered many an attitude from fellow Duc owners because my bike is not new enough or because it's not a Superbike, or that I bought it used yadda, yadda, yadda.

In all fairness, there are jerks every where. Some ride Harley's, bikes etc.

Whatever, I feel sorry for these people. They must lead a pretty sad existence if they considered themselves blessed by the things they own rather than the being happy or grateful for their health, family and friends.

The only jerk bike owners I have ever met are Gixxer owners.

People will be people. Close yourself off and you'll lose out on good relationships, arguements and thought-changing directions. Living out loud has its perks and fall backs. Maybe they are tired of all the attention and just wanna 'be.'

i had my fair share of duc riders. i out ran all of them. I love ducs just as much as the next guy. but its like being around a guy that owns a trans am. I use to own a trans am so i know the feeling of both sides. some guys feel that if they get the baddest bike or car that they can out run everything.

The feelings you get from Duc owners I get from a lot of sportbike riders, due to the fact that I ride a Speed Triple. Seems like guys can't understand the no fairing streetfighter deal. Not that all sportbike riders act like that to me, but quite a few have given me bad vibes just cuz my bike has less plastic.

It's the same no matter what the vehicle: you have Ducati snobs, Corvette snobs, Porsche snobs, I've even met Mustang GT500 snobs.

Typically they're people with no social skills or identity and they derive what little they have from the vehicle they bought.

Personally, when I come across people like that I feel a bit sorry for them because they are so small that they define their world by what a person drives. Just dismiss them Don't sweat the small stuff.

Hey, you know, no Duc owner hurt my feelings. I have heard this brought up from time to time so I posted it.

You are all hot cause you are one of the guys that can chage this . You guys talk to people for calling people out in thread titles and shell out warnings and then you go and chance thread titles cause you feel like it? Ok then.

So who ever changed the title, go yourself you punk.

I have to give it too you, Leo, sometimes I think this whole "title change" is getting out of hand.

I think quoting someone and writing some and saying "fixd" is one thing, but since only mods can change titles in a whim, well, that's a totally different thing.

Look, I dont mind people saying stuff on threads.

What happens if someone thredjacks a mod's most? Forget about it.

, I just posted a whole thread asking mods about this and it got completely deleted.

Some chicken punk starting and using his special "mod internet powers" to just with someone.

Thats what sucks about online stuff, people get a lot more brave online. Would love that done face to face.

It was Saturday night at work. I was bored. LOL... Nothing wrong with your thread dude. I just thought it'd be amusing to turn this into a call out thread and get going on a slow Sunday morning.

With all the everyone likes to talk to each other I figured you'd take it as a joke and roll with it.

And hypocritical ? Dude... I'm not hypocritical.

I think it's funny that a thread about people being rude is loaded with loving terms like "" and the above....

If you want to promote thoughtfulness and consideration among people, not sure that's the way to approach it, mate.

HAHAHA. I ma not trying to promote thoughtfulness and consideration among people. Thats funny.

I was just making a comment about the elitist among the Ducati owners being a bunch of fucktard , thats all.

Next I will start a thread about the second worse of the bike owners, the high and mighty Busa drag racers.
