i am working on it!!!









im 6'3" 249 (i got a little knot) but i started working out hard about 8 weeks ago ...i started out at about 230-235lbs i have i have went down to my last knotch on my belt and all my work uniform pants look like lawn leaf bags on me..i have done no cardio yet but i think i have hit the wall and will have to start running.(i hate running).i dont have the guns flip has but im working on it...lots of curls and skull crushers for me.

^ personally, i'd rather gain in strength than size. i know a few guys who are a lot bigger than i am, but i can out lift the out of them. it's kinda funny.

what are you eating/ supplementing/ how much are you resting....

the rest part is what killed me cause i used to workout the same part over and over...it got stronger, but not defined or bigger.

how are those tires working out for you on the r6 compared to the stock rubber? stickier?

I cant seem to cut my abs yet. Any recomendations?

whats your body fat %.......all the situps in the world wont show cut abs unless youre close 10-13% body fat.

I use to have the most awesome six pack. It is still there, but covered up slightly by some fat right around my navel.

I think some more running would help me. I got real close then stopped for a month. Now i just need to get back on it.

Anyone ever feel like you rip your muscles during a workout?
Yesterday I worked my arms and I'll be damned if I didn't tear my muscles.
I actually felt what I thought was a rip to both of my biceps.
Now they are swol up and Rock hard.
they don't hurt though
