if u r trying to gain weight, then u r doing the wrong thing. u need to cut down on ur cardio, and increase on HEAVY weights ( along with diet, and protein stuff of course) if u r trying to gain weight.

cardio, ESP when in aerobic zone, mostly burns stored fat. thats why its the weight loss zone. even when u r past the weight loss zone, u r still burning lotsa carbohydrate and some fat.

i wld say, just do 10-15 min of cardio, that too interval, or fast pace to build endurance. no slow stuff. and then spend at least an hour on heavy weights, low reps. keep ur diet good and protein rich, and u will see ur muscle mass increasing!

You'll never gain weight that way unless your eating an insane amount of food, cut down on your cardio to twice per week if you want to gain weight. (that is, if you have the high metabolism you claim)

Sounds like everytime I go out and skate. That is the purpose for the warm up beer. Helps ease the pain as you get older. :laughing6

if you want to drop weight fast, put on alot of clothes and head into a sauna. you can even try jogging with garbage bags on and loose about 5-10lbs in 2 days.

im not so concerned about the weight but how i look and feel overall.

Another good idea is to get a hobbie that involves you being active. Mountain biking or something like that. It is easy to loose weight and fat when you are having fun.

I heard that meth works too but there are limits to what some people are willing to do.
