Exercise 20%
Rest 20%

You probably need to focus on what you are putting in your face. Other then that stay active and develop a routine that works for your body. Everybody is different and achieves results different ways. A little 1 on 1 with a trainer would not hurt.

i was drinking a coors keg can......5 liters for $8.99...thats a deal! but beer is soo freaking bad for you....i had to let it go. been "beer sober" for a few weeks now,,,working on the hard liquor sober side of it.

Also, you may try a good detox. Just cleaning your system out can drop 5 to 10 pounds off of you. Especially if you have been eating all your life.
