THE BEST gloves I've ever had are Held. Period and end of story. Had them 5 years and crashed in them as well - no holes no stitching issues, still in good overall shape. I've had AGV, A*, and about 4 pair of Tecnik(which fir and felt great but always got holes in the palms after about 7 or 8k miles). They all fell apart far before the time and miles I have on the Held carbon fibers. Well worth the extra money. They pay for themselves in the long run.

Just pulled my GP Techs out of the closet since I can almost ride again(Cleaning everything, etc. . . ) and holy they're WAY worse than I remember. Apart from two separated seams, there are holes on the fingers, one on the palm by the thumb, and another almost worn through on the other side of the palm. $300 gloves should NOT fall apart like that after a year and a half. I randomly found the Knox Handriods Tiatool mentioned the other day, and they'll be my next pair here VERY shortly. I still like A* boots and jackets, but I'll never again buy a glove with their logo on it.
