blue sportbike down . hwy 6

All southbound lanes blocked on hwy 6.atwesthimer.

Not sure if I heard worker say to LEO "hey buddy call off life flight" or call "in".

Blue bike wa exploded. Both rims looked to be completely seperate of bike.

That's all the details I can give now... goood luck to rider??? :(

, I got a buddy that JUST bought a blue R6 like 2 weeks ago that lives in that area. Been bugging him to join MH and ride with me so I can see if he's wearing gear or not.

Let me call him. You didn't happen to see the rider did ya?

Sorry for my somehwat crypic message (I havet looked at it yet.

Was on my way to an orientation, so after passing, and at a safe spo,t I puleed over and posted.

I have video, but only about 10 seconds worth. Won't be able to post, because I will be at work aALL DAY (till 3 am)

The bike was a bright blue...I want to say a liter size kawasaki, but could EASILY be wrong. I do know for sure, the rear rim was by itself, and the tire was completely ripped off. Front was pretty much munched. I remember seeing the forks, but not a front rim..could have been there. But pretty much hidden??

They raised the stretcher, but I don't remember seeing a rider. But if there was a cloth, it was all on top of the stretcher, and not draping over it...

Sorry. For the lack of clear info folks :(

but cliffnotes says..

Blue bike down, rider possibly DOA on hwy 6 southbound. At westhiemer..

I wonder what cities have the most bike wrecks in the US. Houston seems to have a lot.

Hope the rider is alright.

no Houston. Guess we can only win the fat of the country award.
How does McAllen become higher than Houston? Their road signs are in Spanish too

When I lived there, I was SHOCKED to find out about all the auto theft. And the bank robberies are high, too. Amazing. Once when I was downtown I picked up a checkbook that somebody had dropped - it had a bank robbery note written on the back in pen. Haha.

A friend of mine's Honda Accord was stolen, trashed, and burned. They took the entire interior of the car, though.

Hope the rider is okay.

Uneducated people are just as uneducated in Spanish as they are in English. The people in that area are SCARY drivers. My dad lives down there.

I've ridden there. I was more worried about theft than anything, although I do agree that people in the valley drive like .

Hawaii is full of meth, thats why crime is super high. They have an epidemic with that .

I cant believe Houston isnt in that list. I bet its catching up with all the recent crashes.
