been busted on the HOV?

I ride the 45 HOV from fuqua all the way to 59 in the mornings on the way to work, and this morning it was pretty much empty. I can't really see a cop car having room to run radar, but I'm sure they have their ways, though I was really tempted to kick it up a little, have any of you guys been caught speeding on the HOV?

I remember reading about someone who had a cop (or saw a cop) pace them on the shoulder of the main lanes until they did pull over and get a ticket

they can tag you from the hwy, call ahead and have a patrol car get in the hov a few exits away but its unlikely. I've personally never seen an officer on the 59 or 45 HOV parked waiting. I-10 theres one at sometimes nearly every toll booth since its also a toll road/hov double.

never been pulled over on the HOV but I have been flashed by unmarked cars multiple times for speeding and passing. Squoddy told a story one time of a person in the HOV pulled over by a cop on the main lanes.

No bikes right now. :(

I saw a Harley pulled over by a motorcycle cop on the 290 HOV today, right at the chicanes near Mangum.

Well be carefull a mistake at that speed on the HOV you have no where to slide but a wall on both sides and the fast lane on both side too, just my 2 cents be very carefull, imagine a tank slap or an obstacle on your way, lets not imagine that.

yeh, that would suck, but i think i might still take my chances there, then sliding on houston highways/ interstate, with 18 wheeliers and SUVs buzzing by at 70 mph. THAT terrifies me
