Theres already a new spot which cannot be seen from the roads and cannot be heard because of the distance away from the houses we jokingly call it the area51 spot

The liability is the dumb rider that gets hurt badly on the property and decides to file a suit against the property owner to make money. While the original group probably wouldn't do that, there is no telling what the "others" that end up showing up would do. What if a bike takes out a bystander and the family decides to sue? Its a shame, but that is the kind of world we live in now. Civil suits suck.

Somebody could stand to make a little profit if they set it up right, I;d be willing to pay a few dollars to come hang out, have a beer and watch some action. The real issue is having a lawyer draft up a waiver, and providing a safe zone with concrete barriers for the crowd. Like mentioned previoulsy this is already being done in Dallas, Florida, California, so why someone hasnt put this into motion is besides me? Stuntriding is finally becoming an accepted sport, so its really just a matter of time. Someone should really put a bug in Motorcycles Unlimited's ear even though their parking lot is not a feasible option.
